The Deep Forest is a song that appears in the original Breath of Fire. The song plays in several wooded areas through the game and is first heard when Nina, Sr-1, and Sr-2 enter the Ramui Woods west of Romero in order to reach Karma Tower. It also later plays in the Lament Woods and Grimfowl Forest.
The game's lead composer Yasuaki Fujita credited himself as the song's composer on his personal blog on June 11, 2011.[1]
The song was initially known as "Deep Forest", but its title was updated by Capcom to "The Deep Forest" with the release of the Breath of Fire Sound Collection on Steam.
