Rhoppe is the dam employee who holds the key to the sluice, which the party needs in order to cross to the other side of the Mud Sea. He is easily identifiable by his habit of wearing an inner tube. After the mud dragon causes a mudwave to appear, Rhoppe is seen spinning in a circle while floating on the inundation of mud, visibly enjoying his ride.
