The Mt. Ryft is a location that appears in Breath of Fire IV. It a mountain situated in the Highlands Reigion of the Eastern Continent.
Story[]
The raft minigame.
The party arrives on Mt. Ryft after the events of Abandoned Village and Chek. They need to make their way back down from the Highlands Region to the North Desert in order to get back to the sandflier, which was accidentally struck by Sa Ryong during the opening cutscene of the game. They cross a cavern and from there, jump down onto a raft which is used to travel from the higher river area into the river basin at the foot of the mountain. After a short journey, the party eventually makes their way back to the Crash Site where their sandflier rests.

Etymology[]
- The Mountain's Japanese name, indicates that it is named after the raft that the party uses to traverse the river to make it down the mountain.
