Morte is a boss enemy that appears in the original Breath of Fire.

Story

Morte is a boss that sports a Grim Reaper-like appearance, complete with skull-like face, flowing blue robes, and a sickle for a weapon. He blocks the path in Karma and must be defeated in order to advance forward. Morte will sometimes drop either an Herb or a Life2 and is worth 280 EP and 200 GP when defeated. He and Mortea are siblings.
