Might (ギガート, Gigaato^?) also known as Atk-Up (ギーガン, Giigan^?), is a recurring ability and status condition in the Breath of Fire series. It temporarily increases the power of a single character.

Breath of Fire

Atk-Up is a single target ability that costs 15 AP to use. It temporarily increases the power of a single party member. I can also be used on Ryu's dragon forms, but its effect on Ryu is negated any time he changes forms. Some boss enemies appear to be immune to the damage boost that Might provides to Ryu's dragon forms, although party members under the influence of Might still cause increased damage to these bosses.

• Nina: Learns at level 7.

Breath of Fire II

Atk-Up is a single target ability that temporarily increases a single party member's offense and costs 6 AP to use. It is automatically learned by Spar at level 36 and is a starting ability for Bleu. It is also used by a wide number of enemies.

Breath of Fire III

Might is an ability that temporarily increases the power of a single party member. It costs 4 AP to use. It can be learned by Momo and is used by the enemy Death Bot.

Might is an ability that themporarily increases a single party member's power by 20% and costs 3 AP to use. It can be learned by Cray and is also used by several enemies.
