One of the Regents, Hortensia has the ability to manipulate time and space at her will. She also seems to have the ability to see into the future as she makes a prophetic claim on how "Man will grow wings and reach for the sky".

Etymology

Hortensia is most likely named after the famous Roman Orator of the same name, who argued against the Triumverate about taxing wealthy women in order to pay for wars that their status prevents them from having any say in.
