Gaw is a non-playable character who appears in Breath of Fire III.

Role in Breath of Fire III

Gaw was one of the Guardians, a tribe created by the goddess Myria to slay the Brood five hundred years before the start of the game. It is recorded at Angel Tower that Gaw killed 198 Brood during the war and turned himself to stone, as all Guardians eventually do. Gaw is never seen in-game, but it is believed that the unnamed Guardian in Urkan Tapa is either Gaw or Gatz.
