Dover is an optional boss located on the 50th floor of Kokan Horray. He is another of the Dragon Halves whose creation was based on the original Dragons that destroyed the surface. He is dubbed the "Anti-Dragon" for his peculiar ability to change his defenses to fend off the power of other dragons.
