Dir.HR is a boss found in Breath of Fire II.
Storyline
When Ryu defeats Baba and takes his identity to enter the Coliseum he must face Dir.HR as a entry test.
Strategy
Dir.HR isn't much of a challenge at all, most of the time he will just make a the comment "Education? Hobby? Talent?" and when he does attack he hardly does any damage at all. So just keep attacking him and you should be fine.
