Breath of Fire III

Blizzard costs 10 AP to use. It inflicts heavy ice damage on all targets. Nina learns the spell reaches level 28, and Deis teaches it after apprenticing under her for 5 levels. It is also available to Ryu by transforming to a Frost+Eldritch dragon, or a Nina hybrid.

Breath of Fire IV

Blizzard costs 12 AP to use. It is a tier-3 water spell and inflicts heavy ice damage on all targets. Scias acquires the ability when reaching level 28, and Ershin acquires it after rejoining the party in Chek.
