Benediction (ベネディクション, Benedikushon?) is a recurring healing spell in Breath of Fire III and Breath of Fire IV. It has a chance to revive party members.
Breath of Fire III[]
Benediction costs 20 AP to use. It has a chance of reviving party members. It can be obtained from Hondara after studying under him for 8 levels. Arch Mages cast Benediction on your party when two of your party members are knocked out.

Breath of Fire IV[]
Benediction costs 45 AP to use. It has a chance of reviving all party members with 1/4 HP. It can be obtained from Lyta after Ryu reaches level 35. Similar to the previous incarnation, Riders cast Benediction on your party when most of your party members are knocked out.
