Not to be that guy, but the background looks a little dull. I've only noticed this recently since I've used my custom background so far, but using my phone I was able to see it.
I'm suggesting we change it into something more appealing. Here's how my background is looking currently, we could make something similar to it?

What is the size of the image we should upload? Maybe I can crop the old picture instead of resizing it, that might make it smaller.

the size of it is under the 15 kilo to that must be it
Oh wow, compressing the image down under 15 really takes a toll to the quality (looks fine at 503).
I'm sure something can be figured out :S I hope, I'm kind of hoping for a new backround.

Are you sure we can't use the MediaWiki:Wikia.css method?

there it fits, you can't see Ryu or anything though, plus the top in the middle space is white and looks odd but it fits which is the good thing!
Huh. The size is a bit iffy on my computer, the picture doesn't completely cover the background.
I was saying that the top of it is a little off but its no biggy, I'm glad we have a new backround. Makes the wiki look nicer.
